Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be made 1 month prior to liveaboard departure date to receive any refund

Pick up:

**Arriving at Terminal 1**
After exiting the customs, please use the exit signed as “Salida de Grupo” on the right side.
Our staff will wait for you outside of the exit with “Fun Azul Fleet” signboard.

**Arriving at Terminal 2**
We are no longer allowed to wait at the exit of terminal 2.
We will be waiting for you at a parasol #4 & #5.
Our staff will wait for you outside of the exit with “Fun Azul Fleet” signboard.
