Day 3, the 1st dive of the day was at Kihaa Rock in the Baa atoll. The nice weather continued. The visibility was fantastic! We observed the Tawny Nurse Sharks asleep here and there in the overhang. Tried not to bother them. During the second half of the diving as we were observing Seagoldies on the top of the reef, suddenly a Manta Ray appeared! It was a good surprise! The 2nd dive was at Muthaafushi Thila. The current was a bit weaker than we wished. It became a very relaxed diving. The Indian Snappers, Seagoldies and Black Pyramid Butterflyfish were so beautiful. This point constantly has many amount of fish. Very stable. The 3rd dive was at Nelivaru Haa to search for Longnose Hawkfish. The Tiera Batfish were getting cleaned near the reef. The school of Neon Fusilier was huge! And we observed such a dynamic scene that the hunters attacking the big school of Fusiliers. The air temperature was 26-31 deg.C. The water temperature was 28-29 deg.C. The 3mm or 5 mm wetsuit was recommended. The visibility was 10-30m. To be continued…
