Hola! It’s been MAY already! We only a few trips left for Socorro islands in this season. Here is the latest trip report! The day 1 at El Canyon, the water temperature was 24-25 deg.C. The visibility was around 15-20 meters. The current was very mild throughout the day. We heard of Dolphins on the surface before started diving. We waited a little and they came to us near the surface. I felt blessed that there was a cute baby Dolphin as well. After seeing the Dolphins, we encountered with both of Black and regular Manta Rays! We named one of the Black Manta “Harry,” which we have seen him very often and been super friendly to us, was there and played with us as usual. Thanks, Harry! Besides, Galapagos Sharks and Silver Sharks were seen at the cleaning station. During the 4th dive of the day, we even encountered with a big school of Hammerhead Sharks!! Hooray! To be continued…
