#Maldives Trip Report : DEC. 16-23 2017, #Male-#Ari-#Vaavu Route Vol.1
Hi! Our trip started on December 16 last year was full of joy with the guests from Hong Kong and Japan. The day 1, we were supposed to go to Lankan Reef for the 1st dive but there were a strong wind and wave. So we went to Sunlight Thila in North Male Atoll instead. There was a small Manta’s cleaning station here. And four of Alfred Manta Rays appeared. Luckily we could observe them very closely and exclusively. Hooray! The 2nd dive was at Rasdhoo Madivaru in Rasdhoo Atoll. Because of the strong wind and rough ocean it took a while to get there. After we saw Grey Reef Sharks and Whitetip Reef Sharks, we found a Black Spotted Ray sleeping in the sand area. The air temperature was 26-30 deg.C. The water temperature was 29 deg.C. The 3 mm wetsuit was recommended. To be continued…
