Day 3, we started the day with a search for Whale Shark in the South Ari atoll. Luckily we found a Whale Shark near our boat! We jumped in with snorkel and observed him a while! Hooray! We got out of the water, rested on the boat. Then, we found another Whale Shark!! We quickly got ready and jumped into the water with snorkel again! Wow! How lucky! The 1st dive of the day was at Sun Island Out. And the 2nd dive was at Kudarah Thila. We enjoyed the beautiful soft corals in the swim through. It was very energetic that Sea Goldies and Indian Flame Anthias showing some act of courtship. We had a nice and romantic BBQ dinner on the white sand beach.
Day 4, the 1st dive of the day was at Rangali Madivaru, which had many of Mantas’ cleaning station. Humpback Red Snappers had a long array of about 10 meters! As we had a safety stop, a Manta Ray showed up! Unfortunately not all of the guests could see it. The 2nd and the 3rd dives were at Moofushi Kandu. We successfully found Mantas 4 of them for the 2nd dive and 6 of them for the 3rd dive! We could observe them very well. I was relieved! The 4th dive was at Fesdhoo Goni in the North Ari atoll aiming for Manta Ray in a night dive. Right after we settled at the bottom, a Manta Ray approached us rapidly! Besides, big Tawny Nurse Sharks and a big school of Indian Mackerel were seen. We had two guests had their milestones of 600th dive and 300th dive. Congratulations! We were very happy to have your memorable dive with us! The water temperature was 26-31 deg.C. The water temperature was 28-29 deg.C. The visibility was 10-40 meters. To be continued…
