Day 8, the last day of diving for this trip. It was windy but not raining. The 1st dive of the day was at Miyaru Kandu in the Vaavu atoll. We dove there the day before, but the condition was totally different. As we were having relax diving with almost no current, a Manta Ray suddenly appeared! We were very lucky that we encountered with another Manta Ray while our safety stop too. The 2nd dive was at Kandooma Thila in the South Male atoll. The site has a strong current stably. Thanks to that, the number of the Sharks we can encounter with is big. We could even see the school of Spotted Eagle Rays besides Sharks. The 3rd dive was at Villivaru Gili as the last dive for the trip. We enjoyed a relaxing dive with observing many of endemic species. The juvenile of Spotted Parrotfish, Smith’s Fangblenny, Imposter Fangblenny and the juvenile of Royal Angelfish were introduced. My favorite were Stocky Anthias and Maldive Triplefin! The air temperature was 26-31 deg.C. The water temperature was 28-29 deg.C. The 3mm or 5 mm wetsuit was recommended. The visibility was 10-40m. Thank you all for joining us and also for making this trip very enjoyable!! Hope to see you all again!
