Hola! It’s Shizuko again. On the last trip there were some snorkeler guests! So here is the latest trip report for divers and snorkelers; Day 1, the 1st dive was at Punta Lobos. The visibility was 10-15 meter. The water temperature was 26 deg.C. It became such a luxury check dive with many Mobulas appeared! Yay! The 2nd and the 3rd dives were at La Reina. The visibility was 10-12 meter. The water temperature was 27 deg.C. The team Snorkelers enjoyed playing with Sea Lions! We could even see that the baby Sea Lion was getting breastfed! That was fun to see!
Day 2, the 1st and the 2nd dives were at El Bajo. The visibility was 10-12 meter. The water temperature was 24-27 deg.C. Although it was such a windy day outside, it was very calm once you went in the water since there was no current. We explorered around the pinnacles because the sea condition was not ready for searching Hammerhead. We visited the Moray Eels’ condominium which was the nest of 15 of them! Then, enjoyed to observe Bigeye Scads, Creole fish, Scissortail Chromises and Yellowfin Sergeonfish covering the reef. It was really beautiful. The 3rd dive of the day was at El Bajito. The visibility was 10-15 meter. The water temperature was 25-26 deg.C. It was quite a bit of work out for the team snorkeler as the current was strong. The visibility was not that bad from the surface! So the snorkelers could observe the marine lives such as Crabs and Gobbies hiding around the reef if you do a little dive to them. Also there were big school of Milkfish near the surface! To be continued…
