The day 5, surprisingly rainy morning three days in a row. I could smell of the rainy season a little bit with the wind from the west. The 1st dive of the day was at Rangali Madivaru in the South Ari atoll aiming for Manta Ray. Entire slope of the reef is the Manta’s cleaning station. As we almost gave up at the end the Manta Rays showed up. Such a relief. The 2nd dive was at Moofushi Kandu. There were many scuba divers in the water. Still we could see the four Manta Rays getting cleaned. It was nice to observe Manta Rays for almost whole dive time. The 3rd dive was the last dive of the trip at Fish Head in the North Ari atoll. Neon Fusiliers welcomed us. We could not see anything but Neon Fusiliers! And the hunter, Giant Trevallies and Bluefin Trevallies were attacking the big school of Neon Fusiliers. The Grey Reef Sharks were seen closely at the deep side. The air temperature was 26-33 deg.C. The water temperature was 28-29 deg.C. The 3mm wetsuit was recommended.
