We had another fantastic adventure in Socorro. Here is the report. The day 1, we dove at El Canyon. The water temperature was 25-26 deg.C. We were surprised by encountering with Green Turtles because we have never seen them here at El Canyon. Even our veteran guide, Lorenzo, was surprised. Hammerhead Sharks, Manta Rays and a school of Bigeye Trevallies were seen. One more thing that very surprised us was the warmer water temperature. It should be little colder so that we get to enjoy more sea creatures.
The day 2, we continued to stay at El Canyon for diving. The current was very strong. We had to grab some rocks to stay and wait for big fish. A couple of friendly Manta Rays came to us! We found a big Diamond Stingray in the sand area and a school of Hammerhead Sharks in the blue water. Besides, Yellowfin Tunas and Rainbow Runners were passing by. To be continued…
