#Maldives Trip Report : DEC. 16-23 2017, #Male-#Ari-#Vaavu Route Vol.2
Hi! The day 2 started with an early dive at Rasdhoo Madivaru in Rasdhoo Atoll aiming for Hammerhead Sharks. Unfortunately we could not spot them this time. The 2nd dive of the day was at Kan Thila in North Ari Atoll. We waited for big fish at the bottom. And here they come! Grey Reef Sharks, Whitetip Reef Sharks, Dogtooth Tunas and Barracudas! It was fun! The 3rd dive was at Fish Head. Variable-lined Fusiliers’ big school welcomed us in the water. After observed a Spotted Eagle Ray swimming by very slowly, we played at Overhung. Then a huge school of Bengal Snappers appeared! The regular Green Turtle was having his snack as usual. He is such an idol here. The 4th dive was a night dive at Fesdhoo Goni. We enjoyed the encounter with Alfred Manta Rays for about 30 minutes. They swam around us! Very cool! To be continued…
